The Story and Journey of Woven Wishes
Our Story
Hi, my name is Sammie Quan, and I am the founder of Woven Wishes. As a kid, I've always loved making bracelets and giving them as a gift to my friends. I vividly remember pouring all of my time and effort into making sure my bracelets were perfect. And once I finished making them, I felt a sense of pride and satisfaction with the finial product. But the best part of making a bracelet was being able to watch a smile form on my friends' faces when I handed them the bracelet. It felt nice knowing that I could spread a little joy to my friends---and suddenly I felt the urge to spread that joy with even more people. And that's how Woven Wishes came to life!
Why I Started
I started Woven Wishes with a purpose that is very close to my heart. After losing my grandpa to a heart attack, I wanted to find a way to honor his memory while helping others who may be going through a similar experience. I created Woven Wishes to combine my love for handmade bracelets with my desire to give back. A portion of what we make is dedicated to supporting heart-attack patients and their families, helping provide support during what can be an incredibly difficult and uncertain time. Every bracelet is made with care, carrying not only a little bit of joy, but also the hope of making a difference in someone else’s life. Through Woven Wishes, I hope to turn something meaningful to me into something meaningful for others.
